How It Works
REOL Organics provides fresh organic foods at affordable prices.  We are individuals and families who get together to cut out unnecessary costs but still receive the freshest organic foods possible.  We depend largely on our volunteers who help to make this possible for everyone.  Volunteers receive a 5% refund on their orders.

Ordering
It is easy to get started, simple click here to register online and open an account (THERE IS NO COST OR OBLIGATION TO SIGN UP).  Once you are a member you will be able to place orders online.  There is no minimum order.  Until you receive notification that we have officially started, please place your order in your account, but do not pay for it.  This way we will know as soon as we have meet the suppliers minimum requirements.

The website is updated every week by Friday evening with updated produce products and prices available for purchase for that week.  The order is received, sorted, and delivered the same day so that all of your produce is always fresh and alive.  You may place an order every week or bi-weekly or monthly, the choice is yours.

There are other products listed that will be available on an on-going basis.  We will also be adding new products periodically.  These will be featured on the new products page.  

We will email you each week when the products and prices have been updated so that you can place your order.  

Please note that orders and payments are due by Tuesday 7 am sharp for Thursday delivery.  If you need to change or cancel an order and request a refund or credit to your account, it must be done before Tuesday 7 am sharp.  There will be no returns or refunds or credits after this time.

Delivery and Pick-Up
Delivery is within town limits of Chestermere, Langdon, and within City limits of Calgary East.  If you live outside of these areas you will have to make arrangements for pickup.  Just email us and we will do everything in our power to accommodate you. 

Delivery day is every Thursday between 4 pm and 9 pm (there may be exceptions due to major holidays at which time you will be notified via email.  

Payment
Payment is due upon ordering and can be made by credit card or debit through PayPal (you do not have to be a PayPal member to make a payment).  We do not accept cash or cheques.  Payment must be made before your order will be included with the groups order.

Our goal is to provide a variety of fresh organic foods at affordable prices.  If you would like, you can email us with the regular staples that you use on a weekly basis and we will try to make them available.
